Tim Rochon joins the Foundation as Vice President, Information Technology and Business Intelligence


Tim Rochon is joining The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation as Vice President, Information Technology and Business Intelligence. Tim brings more than 25 years of technology and analytics leadership to The Foundation, and has broad experience in technology strategy, IT service delivery, and analytics.  

Tim began  his career at Sears Canada, where he progressed through the Information Technology group to become Senior Director for sears.ca, which became Canada’s #1 ecommerce site at the time. Following this success, he was promoted to Associate Vice President of Customer Marketing and Media Productivity, responsible for Sears Canada’s data and analytics division. 

Tim developed global experience in the banking sector with JP Morgan Chase and Co., where he served as Chief Technology Officer of Chase’s International Card Services division, leading  the organization’s technology launches in Canada, Mexico and China. 

Tim subsequently joined Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw Companies Limited as Vice President of Information Technology responsible for Enterprise Systems Delivery, where he led transformational technology changes across both the retail and pharmacy divisions. Most recently, Tim served as Chief Technology Officer at 360insights.com, where he  championed the company’s end-to-end technology and data insights functions that were foundational to the company’s three-fold growth. 

Tim holds a Honours Bachelor of Computer Science & Mathematics from Laurentian University. 

Tim is passionate about the opportunity to utilize his skills and experience to help conquer cancer in our lifetime at The Princess Margaret. He will join The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation  on July 8, 2019.
