When most people think of what it takes to Conquer Cancer, research, treatment, and education are typically the first things that come to mind. But there’s a more tangible aspect of cancer care that often goes overlooked – medical equipment. It’s what helps our expert staff treat over 18,000 new patients each year across 200 types of cancer and has made us one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world.

By helping to fund state-of-the-art equipment, you ensure that we can continue to deliver unparalleled care to our cancer patients. From an ultrasound machine that provides more timely results, to an advanced monitor that streamlines care delivery, to an AIP pump that provides precise pain management, this is just some of the medical equipment that’s critical to our patient’s immediate care.

“If a patient suddenly becomes ill, quick access to a vital signs machine can make a significant impact on the patient’s outcome.” — Sara Barr, Transplant Coordinator
