Meet Erica
My name is Erica. I’m an artist, designer, and proud supporter of The Princess Margaret.
Cancer has profoundly touched my life through two extraordinary women: my cousin and my close friend. Watching them navigate their diagnoses with courage and grace and witnessing the compassionate care they received at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, changed me forever.
For the 25th Anniversary of the Doves of Hope, I created a sculpture inspired by their strength and the hope that carried them through. Every line, curve, and texture represents resilience, healing, and renewal, a reflection of how hope continues to take shape even in life’s hardest moments.
This piece is a tribute to everyone touched by cancer, a celebration of courage, connection, and the power of community.
Every Dove tells a story, and mine is about transformation, love, and the belief that hope never fades.
