Randy Bachman, Sarah McLachlan and more to perform at benefit concert for The Princess Margaret


Randy Bachman, Sass Jordan, Sarah McLachlan, Sam Roberts, Ian Thornley and other special guests will all lend their voices to create a powerful evening of music for The Mark Howard Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Grand Concert fundraiser at Toronto’s prestigious Roy Thomson Hall Saturday, October 6 at 8 pm. 

Mark Howard is a renowned music producer, who is a melanoma cancer patient at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Throughout his career Mark Howard has worked with some of the world’s most renowned recording artists including Bob Dylan, U2, Willie Nelson, Peter Gabriel, Neil Young and many more. 

This unique evening of music will help to advance new treatments in immunotherapy at The Princess Margaret. This revolutionary therapy harnesses the body’s own immune system to attack and kill cancer and is making a significant difference in patient’s lives across Canada and around the world.

The star-studded lineup of performers will be joined by a world-class all-star band, which includes Brady Blade, Doug Pettibone, Hal Cragin and Vince Jones, who have worked with the likes of Emmylou Harris, Joni Mitchell, Steve Earle and Cowboy Junkies.
