Want to know more about how technology is transforming cancer care? Or how doctors could use nanoparticles to treat lung cancer patients?

The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation is hosting live chats with cancer experts on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

The experts will share their expertise on several different areas over the next couple of months. More cancer experts will be added in the coming weeks.

Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 12:30 pm: Dr. Amit Oza on Gynecological Cancer

Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 1 pm: Dr. Jonathan Irish on Surgical Oncology/Technology

Friday, Dec. 1 at 1:30 pm: Dr. Kazuhiro Yasufuku on Lung cancer/Minimally Invasive Surgery 


Dr. Gang Zheng, Senior Scientist at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, was the latest expert to join the chat, talking about his ground-breaking research with nanotechnology. 



Drs. Lillian Siu and Philippe Bedard, Medical Oncologists with the Cancer Genomics Program at The Princess Margaret, also joined us to talk about their field of work.



Dr. Toni Zhong, Head of Breast Reconstruction Services, University Health Network, spoke about the advancements being made in breast restoration.
